Project Management

Compensation $52,785.40 (Grant Funded Non-negotiable)

Position Summary:

The classification is responsible for coordinating the operations and activities of an assigned grant and may supervise lower level administrative or program support staff.

Typical Essential Duties:

  • Coordinates staff and the use of resources;
  • Cultivates internal and external relationships and partnerships;
  • Implements project plans and provides project status updates and reviews;
  • Researches and analyzes data to improve the services or operations of the program;
  • Manages the grant budget and oversees project deliverables;
  • Responsible for monitoring compliance with grant guidelines;
  • Monitors progress of all assigned participants, resolving difficulties and tracking plan progress;
  • Serves as liaison between industry standards, training providers, employers and students;
  • Ensures high quality training opportunities to diverse audiences;
  • Coordinates follow-up activities to document program outcomes and for valuable feedback as to program process and satisfaction levels;
  • Tracks grant funded resource equipment, materials and publications;
  • Prepares reports on fiscal and programmatic status.
  • Coordinates efforts with fiscal agents and sub-recipients of grant.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

Three (3) years in a field related to the program in college or industry.

Coordinates department functions and/or services which may include implementing new initiatives to address student needs; managing admission, registration and graduation process; developing, monitoring and refining outcome metrics.
